For those who want a second monitor, but don't want to deal with the hassle of buying a new video card Kairen has come out with a USB 2.0 to VGA adapter. But don't plan on using anything too graphically intensive, as the quality is pretty mediocre (only 16bit color at 1024x768, the highest resolution). But for plain old documents where aesthetics take second place, this seems like a decent option. Coming out in June in Japan, but you should be able to pick one up online.
