NintendoWare Weekly: Mutant Mudds demo

The most noteworthy digital release this week on Nintendo systems is a demo of a game that came out in February. Yes, that means it's a really slow week, but to be fair Mutant Mudds is veryworth trying.

DSiWare's sole release is '90s Pool, which, as far as we can tell, is "'90s" only because the words "'90s Pool" are on the top screen at all times. Where's Luke Perry? Where's the Ace of Base cover music?

• Demo: 2 Fast 4 Gnomz (QubicGames, 1 player, free): At least it doesn't cost 2 much 4 a trial.

3DS eShop

• Arc Style: Soccer 3D (Arc System Works, 1-2 players, $6.99): A simple soccer game with customizable teams.

• Demo: Mutant Mudds (Renegade Kid, 1 player, free): We were impressed by this difficult side-scroller, and now you can be too.

DSiWare

• '90s Pool (Cinemax, 1-2 players, $1.99/200 DSi Points): You remember pool? From ... the '90s?
