The 'Narcos' game is coming to PC and consoles in November
If you've liked Narcos enough to wish you could step into its (frankly terrifying) world of drug lords and DEA agents, you'll soon have your chance. Curve Digital and Kuju are releasing their long-in-the-making Narcos: Rise of the Cartels game on November 19th for PC and PS4, November 21st for the Switch and November 22nd for Xbox One. The tactical, turn-based title revolves around the first season of Netflix's show and has you siding with either Pablo Escobar as he builds the Medellin Cartel or the DEA agents (and Colombian government) trying to take him down.

Netflix renews ‘Narcos: Mexico’ for a second season
Netflix's Narcos: Mexico will return for a second season. The show, a follow-up to the three-season series Narcos, debuted last month, featuring a new cartel, a new city and a new drug kingpin. While the original Narcos centered on Colombia, Pablo Escobar and, later, the Cali cartel, Narcos: Mexico takes its audience to Guadalajara in the 1980s, where Félix Gallardo (Diego Luna) is focused on building an empire and DEA agent Kiki Camarena (Michael Peña) is determined to take him down.
Netflix’s ‘Narcos: Mexico’ premieres November 16th
Netflix has released a trailer for its new series Narcos: Mexico, a follow-up to its three-season series Narcos. With Narcos: Mexico, the show moves out of Colombia and away from the Cali cartel, focusing instead on the rise of Mexico's Guadalajara cartel in the early 1980s. In the short trailer, we see what we've come to expect from the Narcos title -- drugs, battle and the rise of an empire. We also see the two new stars. Diego Luna (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Y Tu Mamá También) will play cartel leader Félix Gallardo and Michael Peña (Ant-Man and the Wasp, End of Watch) will play undercover DEA agent Kiki Camarena, the man tasked with bringing Gallardo down. Narcos: Mexico premieres November 16th.
A 'Narcos' video game is on the way for PC and consoles
A video game version of Pablo Escobar could grace your monitors, asking a poor guy whether he prefers "plata o plomo" (silver or lead), as soon as next year. Narcos producer Gaumont has forged a deal with British game publisher Curve Digital to develop a video game adaptation of the hit Netflix series. Curve's sister company Kuju -- some of its better-known titles include Art Academy and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance -- will be doing the actual development, but it's still unclear what kind of game the adaptation would be.
