His work has appeared in All About Circuits, Laptop Mag, Tom's Hardware, and Engadget, where he writes about the people, companies, and laws shaping the AI era.

Education

Luke graduated from the University of Lancashire with a bachelor's degree in law and went on to study commercial law as a postgraduate.
